Beware Of Scams!
We at Best Free Ads are taking serious action against scammers, spammers and any illegal activity taking place on our network. For every advert placed in our system of classifieds sites we are checking against other scams to verify email addresses, IP addresses and also the validity of the advert itself. Should an advert seem to be a scam we take the following action..
1, We ban the IP address from our system.
2, We delete the advert.
3, We delete all adverts related to the IP address or email address.
4, We add the IP address to various banned IP address lists in forums and other high traffic sites and urge webmasters to take the same action on these IP addresses to ban them from their own sites. The banned IP address list is available for the public to use. Spammers and scammers will not only find themselves banned from our system but also from hundreds of other websites across the internet.
We are fighting for you so please help us by using the "Report Abuse" button on any advert you think could be a scam. If an advert in our system receives more than 4 abuse reports, the advert is automatically suspended from our system and the IP address logged and after review from our panel of experts, the IP is most probably banned and added to the banned IP list submitted to forums and high traffic sites.
Before purchasing anything from any classifieds site please take the following steps..
1, Do not send any money abroad even if you have direct contact with the seller.
2, Try to use a secure and insured online payment gateway such as Paypal to make purchases online.
3, Beware of the scams such as "Adorable maltese puppies for FREE adoption". Pedigree dogs, cats, monkeys etc are never free! You will be asked to pay for shipping of the animal and you will never get to see the animal or your money again! This scam originates from Nigeria, Cambodia and Cameroon. We are not saying that every post from these countries is a scam, we would just like you to know we are tracing every IP address to get to the root of the problem.
4, Always try and make full contact with the seller by telephone or even visit them before exchanging money for any item.
